Payment information: when you buy a ticket or receive payouts as a host, our payment processor handles your card or bank details directly. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Order information: the events you buy tickets for, ticket quantities, order dates, and amounts paid.

Event information (hosts): event details you submit, including venue, date, pricing, and any images you upload.

Usage information: pages you visit, searches you make, and general device and browser information, collected to keep the platform working properly and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process ticket purchases and payouts
• Send order confirmations, tickets, and event updates
• Verify tickets at event check-in
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• With our payment processor, to complete transactions
• With event hosts, limited to what they need to run their event (your name and ticket type, for example)
